Is my Willow Tree Ornament Authentic?

Each Willow Tree ornament is produced in a factory in China from molds crafted from Susan Lordi’s original sculptures. While the ornaments are not hand-crafted, they are all individually hand-painted. This allows for slight differences between each sculpture. All authentic Willow Tree ornaments have the designer’s name ‘Susan Lordi’ along with a date carved in the back of the sculpture. While there have been some copies of the Willow Tree series, they are often cheaply made and do not feel as dense as the original Willow Tree pieces.
